Palermo Sicilian Cooking Class with Market Tour or Pasta & Gelato
Palermo Sicilian Cooking Class with Market Tour or Pasta & Gelato: choose between two authentic hands-on food experiences led by professional local chefs in the heart of Palermo. This activity stands out because it combines real Sicilian recipes, local culinary traditions and practical chef guidance in a fun cooking class format. Choose the Sicilian Cooking Class & Market Tour option to visit Palermo’s Mercato del Capo with your chef, discover seasonal ingredients, then prepare arancine, fresh Pasta alla Norma and traditional cannoli before enjoying a 3-course Sicilian meal with wine. Choose the Pasta & Gelato option for a focused Palermo pasta making class: prepare fresh egg pasta dough, shape 2 traditional pasta types, pair them with seasonal sauces and enjoy a chef-led gelato demonstration. Both options include fresh ingredients, apron, utensils, meal, wine or soft drinks, digital recipe booklet and Graduation Certificate.
